The program will be conducted by Alvin Frederick, Esquire (Eccleston & Wolf) and Glenn Grossman, Deputy Bar Counsel (Attorney Grievance Commission) as well as their special guest, the Honorable Glenn T. Harrell, Jr., Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. The general topic will be “How to Avoid Lawyers Malpractice Claims” and Judge Harrell will share his thoughts on the most significant decisions of our appellate courts during the prior year.
While we WELCOME your participation every year, it is only necessary to attend our seminar once every three years to receive your premium credit.
A Complete Breakfast Buffet Will Be Served.
7.5% Premium Discount
If you are a Sole Practitioner and attend the seminar, you will receive a 7.5% Premium Discount for three (3) consecutive years. If you are a Firm, then all members must attend to receive the full 7.5% credit; if less than 100% attendance, the firm will receive a pro-rata credit based on the number of attorneys that attend. Again, this Premium Discount will apply for three (3) consecutive years. Examples of how this credit is applied appear below. (Based on full 7.5%)
1. Annual Premium: $5,000
Total Credit Granted for 3 Consecutive Years ($375.00 per year) $1,125.00
2. Annual Premium: $10,000
Total Credit Granted for 3 Consecutive Years ($750.00 per year) $2,250.00
